Order Confirmation

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order to verify and confirm your purchase.

If we do not receive a response on WhatsApp, a confirmation call will be made within the following 24 hours. In the event that we are unable to establish contact or receive confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled to ensure accurate processing and efficient service.

Processing & Delivery

Once your order has been successfully confirmed, it is carefully prepared and dispatched for delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after confirmation, depending on your location and courier operations.
